This is a great and quick recipe for banana bread. However, one thing should be improved is smell. I still smell egg. Next time I will try by add vanila favour. Hope it could help.

Great Bread with and without my alterations! I wanted a bit more banana flavor so, I put 3 halved banana's instead of 2, added 3 Tbl. honey, and added nuts. Loved it! I even just made the dough in the machine and then baked a loaf in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

This recipe was FANTASTIC. I baked it in the oven at 300 degrees for around 35 minutes and used 3 bananas instead of two. It's so moist, the crust is just right (not crunchy, not falling apart.) Thumbs up from everyone at our house.

Made this recipe this afternoon in my bread machine, and was very pleased with the results. Mixed and baked perfectly in the machine without any problems. My only complaint would be that it's a bit too sweet (at least for my tastes), so although I will use this recipe again, next time i'll cut back a little bit on the sugar. And perhaps use brown sugar instead. Regardless, it's a good recipe.

I found this bread to be absolutely the best banana bread that I have ever eaten. My children love it for a dessert. You have to be sure to follow the directions closely and check for doneness. For me it was quick, easy and economical. I would recommend this recipe for anyone with a bread machine with a dough and bake cycle.

This Bread is great! I made it in my bread maker and it worked good, but I just made it in the oven and it came out even better! Baked it at 350 for 50 min, or until you can stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean. This recipe doesn't call for butter which makes it much better for you.

Easy to follow and quick to make and is a great base recipe. Bread is not sweet. First try, bland and ate with applebutter which made the taste just right. Second try, added vanilla and almonds, great kick to the base.

Great bread! I added walnuts a little ground Flaxseed and substituted 1 cup of whole wheat flour for white to make it a little healthier- it tasted fantastic.

Good recipe. I used half whole wheat flour and half all purpose flour. Also, I put in 3 bananas, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and mixed in brown sugar with the white sugar because I didn't have enough. I left the bread in the bread machine when the timer was up until it cooled down to make sure it cook all the way through. And I sprinkled cinnamon on top about 3/4 of the way through baking. Will make again when I have bananas that are on their way out! Thanks!

This bread is delicious! I added a little bit of vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and I used 3 bananas. It took a little longer to bake, but it was outstanding!
