I read some other ratings, and decided to turn down the heat to 435 and bake 14-15 min. They came out great! Also instead of chopped garlic, I crushed 3 garlic cloves and melted it with the butter, I removed the garlic, and painted on the butter (to avoid chunks of garlic) I would say these get a 4 1/2 star rating...They are very tasty! Thanks=)

these are amazing! I also added some basil to the dough, as well as the garlic butter :)

these biscuits are amazing!! especially with the butter and garlic topping.. i added an extra 1/2 tsp of salt to the butter topping. i read the reviews and did not handle the dough very much at all. as well, i chilled the butter and using a box grater, i grated the butter into the flour mix; makes cutting it in so much easier! enjoy!

Good, very moist and tasty. These go good with almost anything, and the flavors fit together very well.

I really liked this recipe but it didn't have enough garlic in it. I added 3 cloves to the batter and 3 to the butter for the topping. Everyone who has tasted them so far has raved

I took it to a Thanksgiving party and people loved it! It did need a little more salt though

My mother-in-law gets excited about visiting us just because I always make these. I triple the garlic and put most of it inside the biscuits. Also, I replace about 1/3 of the butter with lard.

I followed the recipe exactly but mine came out as flat as pancakes. They were tasty, but my family laughed at me when they saw them, haha... I baked them on a silpat instead of a ungreased baking sheet, so that's the only thing I did differently but I can't imagine that was the problem.
