Tangy almost bitter to me. Husband liked it. Something different.

This is a very tasty dish that we will have again! I halved it and maybe added a little more garlic than called for. I also used some of the liquid from marinated artichoke hearts. But otherwise, I followed the directions. This is a wonderful, light pasta meal. I agree with one of the reviewers who said that it is not supposed to have a thick sauce on the pasta. Very tasty!LATEST REVIEW: I think this would be best with half the pasta recommended. I made the whole recipe tonight, and it seems that it just had too much pasta. That could solve the problem of taste for most diners.

Absolutely full of flavor! I did double the garlic - but I'm a garlic lover. I also used angel hair pasta, but notice the pic uses rigatoni - I'm going to try that next time. And my husband, who used to turn his nose up at artichoke hearts, was looking for seconds. Very easy to make - very little time involved.

Very tangy. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except I used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh ones since that's what I had in the pantry. I also used marinated artichoke hearts - so they may have added a bit more flavor to the meal. Overall it's super tasty. I'll be making this again!

Made it "vegetarian" ... added a head of diced broccoli with the veggies instead of chicken. Used tortellini for the pasta. I also used a can of diced tomatoes since that's what i had on hand. I drained the juice into the onions to reduce ... then went on as with the original. YUM

We really like this recipe. Were trying to eat healthier so we used whole grain pasta. Also added green olives and a little tomato sauce.

Love it!! I modified it a bit though. I added mushrooms and asparagus pieces to the saute mixture and seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, pakrika, and italian seasoning before cooking. I used a can of italian style diced tomatoes instead of fresh, and added about 1/4 cup of marinara. Delicious! Even my 3 year old said it was "yummy."

I love this dish because its easy to make and practically tastes gormet. I don't change a thing except sometimes I nix the feta for myself but leave it on the side for others. Its hearty so there is always leftovers and it's great with a small side salad.
